We buy almost all types of vacant / raw land. We define vacant / raw land as land that is unimproved, without homes, buildings, or other structures. Generally speaking, we buy large acreage, small acreage, subdivision lots, wooded land, cleared land, pasture land, rolling land, sloped land, flat land, desert land, rocky land, hot land, cold land, and the list goes on...

There are always exceptions, but generally we do not buy:

• Land with "uncurable" title issues.

• Land that is either underwater or classified as wetlands.

• Land with severely restricted use (i.e. building moratoriums, extreme utility easements, etc.).

• Land that is land-locked with no recorded servitude of access.

• Land that is extremely sloped (i.e. the side of a mountain).
